What is CBD?

The soreness is part of adaptation process that leads to greater stamina and strength as the muscles recover and build.
How long does DOMS last?
It usually lasts between 3 to 5 days, and the pain can range from mild to severe. DOMS usually occurs 1 or 2 days after the exercise. DOMS shouldn’t be confused with any other kind of pain that can happen during exercise, such as acute, sudden and sharp pain of an injury, such as strains and sprains.
Can I continue exercising with DOMS?
You can exercise with DOMS; however, it will feel uncomfortable to begin with, the soreness should go away once your muscles have warmed up. The soreness will most likely return once your muscles have cooled down, after the exercise. However, if it becomes hard to exercise it’s suggested that you rest until the soreness goes away. Or it’s recommended training on muscles which are least affected.
